Kim K was the predecessor to the influencer culture. Nobody has to actually "achieve" something per se, but be able to demonstrate a lifestyle that others could look up to. I'm not sure what else she did. Maybe helped society become less puritician due to her public sex tape.
BPink are worldwide kpop icons. They have some decent pop music, but they are really there to be idolized for their personalities, visual and/or style.
Both can be an inspiration to many young women and homosexual men. Even though they haven't cured anything or invented anything, you can make an argument that they had a contribution to society in some manner.
