The purpose of this post is to showcase the k-pop albums (few and far between) that have been pressed on vinyl! As a vinyl collector (over 170 with $13k worth), it makes me super duper happy to see this! And no I'm not counting all of SM's releases that are only available in their SMtown Coex Artium. So here's a list in no particular order:
Taeyeon's first solo EP pressed on plain black vinyl, a site to behold but INCREDIBLY RARE, they were sold at her special solo concert and then for a very brief amount of time in October of 2015 before disappearing. They can now be found for a minimum of $1,000. There's one on Discogs currently going for $1,400!
2. Taeyeon- What Do I Call You
So this is her latest EP on white vinyl and it's so pretty! While on the rare side, it's much less expensive and usually goes for anywhere around $60-$80
Pressed on plain black vinyl, this is one of Jonghyun's best releases. It goes for usually $1,000+
Limited to 500 copies and comes with two printed inner sleeves, so you can bet it's costing a little less than $3,000!
5. BTS- Butter, Life Goes On, Dynamite
Figured I'd just put all three together. They're all black 7 inch vinyls. There are some pretty good bootleg vinyls of their more recent releases so if that's your thing, go for it!
Much cheaper and so pretty.... for $200+ it can be yours! (No seriously though look it up) Pressed on coral colored vinyl!
7. Wonder Girls- To The Beautiful You
Please this makes me so sad because it was basically their last release before their goodbye single, "Draw Me". Anyways this sells for around $200.00!
i'm too lazy to do the rest rn cut me some slack lol
