They don't. Just this ranking query. Riaj, Billboard, & Oricon all list them under Japanese Domestic Artists. There are much much better surveys that have been done that aren't only for people who more or less exclusively like Korean music which is were this poll took place. One of the reasons why NiziU is so far down the list and yes 4th is far down for them is because some of the members of that forum don't consider them Korean music and thus not worthy to be on the list.
