Was Jeremy Scott a blessing or a curse for 2NE1?

all I can say is that I am glad that YG got a new stylist. I don't know if I could survive if Blackpink got these clothes. I still haven't recovered from the Ant and pizza outfit.

He was a blessing during the era he was involved with kpop because his fashion was relevant.
At a time when kpop idols weren't really collaborating with international designers like that, 2NE1 (and YG in general) really took it to the next level. And of course the fashion looks dated and crazy now but at the time, kpop idols dressed funky and really colorful.

A mixture of both, he helped elevate them as a quirky group but also I have seen his more recent clothes and he could have given them much better stuff...

His clothing was often weird af, and yeah, I'll never forget the yellow canary suit he came up with for CL. He had several other outfits that were on the same level of WTFery
He had a clear obsession and idolization for 2NE1 and especially CL, he was definitely her #1 fanboy.
At the least he contributed more to them, Will.i.am was also a huge fan of 2NE1, but his supposed album for 2NE1 never came, even if Blackjacks kept boasting about it and hoping for it for years.
Same story with Scooter Braun who was supposed to help CL make it in the US
