Definitely not. They haven't had the trial yet and both sides claim they have evidence. Plus it will never be truly over because this scandal will haunt them for the rest of their careers, even if the court of law sides with April cause people don't trust the courts in Korea (rightfully so).

As long as there is no official court ruling this controversy isn’t over. DSP and April also said that they will release more evidences so, it’s going to either have a plottwist or will be worse for them
