Now that the 4+1 anniversary is approaching.. and Lisa's solo supposed to be release as well.. which one YG will focus on?
If they dont announce Lisa solo, Lisa's fans will be saving money for Lisa solo, and hence won't spend much on OT4 projects
If they announce Lisa solo, they will have limited time for promotion for Lisa and might crash with OT4 projects.
Thanks to YG mismanagement as usual, there were a big gap between Rosé solo and July, and YG didnt do a thing 
Imagine how much of all of this bs could have been avoided had YG just debuted Lisa's solo in either May or June. They would have been free to focus on BP's anniversary and eventual OT4 comeback. Instead they'd rather give the fanbase anxiety. Such a trash company. Just goes to show how amazing BP is to still succeed at the level they have despite the recklessness of YG.

YG's plan may be to have the 4+1 celebration from now till August, milking Blinks with new anniversary products. Then at the end, announce Lisa's solo. We havent heard a single whisper of an OT4 comeback but we have definitely heard at least strong rumors of a Lisa solo. We might not get an OT4 comeback this year.

And lisa stans wont be supportive of OT4 projects.
The idea of not having a comeback on 5th year is terrible. Within span of 5 years, we only gotten:
1) 5 digital singles (debut and 2 comebacks)
2) 2 Mini Albums
3) 2 Solo singles albums
4) 1 Studio Album
+ one single album (HYLT)
Total of 24 unique songs + 2 non-album collabs
(not counting all the japanese versions)
Edit: 24 unique songs, are like 2 regular albums which could be released within 1 year time. Kudos to YG really, for being so lucky to have BP succeed with such little discography

They might be, but they have to keep things going/interesting by dropping some music-related stuff. At least a single.
They also need to materialise promise for Lisa's solo, else this wont end well for the whole fanbase.
I am just not a fan of this possibility but you're correct in that they would definitely have to satiate Blinks with at least a single and other content.
The management is so inept. If Lisa's solo is released, it will suffer due to fans saving up for OT4 project. If the OT4 project is released before that, Lisa fans will understandably save their money for her solo. Releasing her solo in May or June would have made so much sense.
It is sad we always have to be anxious about everything!
If there's one thing that's certain with YG Entertainment, it's that their plans hardly ever happen on the dates and times that they mentioned.
I thought this would change if YG's not at the steering wheel anymore, but apparently the YG people have adopted his habits?
