I very much doubt that the fans joining will be allowed to speak. The way I understand it, is the host (Twice) can restrict it to just them being able to talk there. So it's probably going to be like a voice VLive on a different platform.

Lol, just like you, I have mixed emotions about this. Twitter is never a good idea but having an artist as huge as Twice on twitter communicating with fans, damn that is quite a privilege.
