Groups dropping music on Friday will start to being a pattern?

We have groups such as BTS, BLACKPINK, Monsta X, SuperM, NCT 127 and more dropping music on Friday.

This year ITZY, TWICE and SEVENTEEN, as far as I know, started Joining that release day.
