It depends. On their debut song Black Mamba by Aespa charter higher than StayC and their debut So Bad. But StayC's come back ASAP charter higher than Black Mamba. Numbers aren't officially out yet for Next Level but I do think they will do better than their debut song and "think" but don't know that it will be higher than ASAP.

aespa and STAYC are the frontrunners.
aespa needs a physical album(that sells well) as I don't see a ROTY winner that doesn't at least have an physical album. It will need to sell at least 50k to stay competitive with STAYC's 60-70k.
STAYC needs to hope and pray that aespa doesn't release an album that sells 50k copies or more. If aespa has a >50k selling album, STAYC then has to have another comeback with another physical album and try to outsell aespa's album and have the comeback single outchart Next Level.
Hybe and yg groups don't seem to debut any time soon. In case they debut that year, I think it will be towards the end so they won't be eligible
Realistically speaking, aespa will most likely win (if they drop a physical album) they have the highest digitals, a strong dedicated fandom that will vote for them, they only need an album now to secure their award
