man someone called me a boomer.... turns out that person was older than me by a decade. oof.
What age is usually considered old in the kpop fandom?

in the fandom probably 30
hence I'm an uncle, grandpa and on my death bed even...
to be honest, Internet activity is age agnostic unless in places where it really matters. I remember being soundly beaten by a 68 yo in league.

I like how the 30+ year olds are popping up.. Even though we're somewhat scattered across the forum quietly lol
Generally mid 25 and upwards.
its more to do with who kpop (idol groups mainly) is aimed at (specifically teens to young adults) hence there's always a influx of younger fans as years go by and as there are newer groups.
Some tend to grow up alongside their gen groups, (hence some older kpop fans here or there) but attention and focus on the consumer side tends to drop off during later adult life as priorities are else where, so selling to a younger demographic is easier the obsession is stronger more time to spend on it..however it does create an age division despite 30+ idols and fans not being that old or not looking that old either.

I agree wholeheartedly :) It's the exact same mentality that I have
It's a good strategy Lol.
