Individual teaser images have started to be revealed on May 7th KST following the announcement of the highly anticipated first comeback from SM Entertainment rookie girl group Aespa scheduled to comeback on May 17 with their first album 'Next Level'.
aespa's Karina was depicted in the first set of individual teasers and since then netizens and fans have left positive reactions on various community sites praising Karina's ethereal beauty and even go as far as saying she looks like a real AI character.
SM Entertainment later reveals that the pictures are in fact AI and the character inside the picture is none other than Karina's AI counterpart known as ae-Karina, roaming in the unknown universe Kwangya.
SM further stated that through the release of aespa's first album 'Next Level', the interconnection of the real world and Kwangya will be further explored and revealed in the coming week and asks for much interest and anticipation to the upcoming new release from aespa.
