These type of preorders that we get info of before the release of an album tend to be surpassed on Gaon. Same happened with Neo Zone and Resonance. It's not just preorders from consumers but from stores, shipments, etc. Neo Zone had 500k of those and they sold +750k, Resonance Pt.1 had 1,2M and they have sold a lil more than that, so while they may not be million sellers on Hanteo I doubt they don't on Gaon.

So did they get 1 million preorders or did they not because someone said that it was SM's ordering?

It’s stock orders. It’s reorder numbers + numbers sent to stores 1st production. In this case, i think Dream will reach 1 million in sales, but it’s not guaranteed rn.

From what I understand is no one knows the total number of preorders yet because only ktown4u shows their preorder number (which is 350k something). Other stores do not reveal numbers. Only SM knows the total. Therefore SM ordered 1,078,843 to be distributed.

Pre order always includes store pre order which is the same thing as what SM will distribute.

This is the officially announced pre order numbers I’m confused why ppl are confused.

I don't remember seeing Reload preorder numbers but even if that's the case at the end they sold like +600k on Gaon without counting the kihno version, so yeah I do trust these kind of preorders news that get released before the comeback, but these are numbers that should be compared to Gaon when they release the info, I wouldn't expect them to sell 1 million on Hanteo when not even the 2 parts of Resonance did that.

Do you have any idea what their chinese pre-order numbers are ? I don't follow NCT so I'm not sure where to find that information>
