Because if you know biology, you know that a parasite is an animal that harms another animal to benefit itself. Take that context to here, you're the boomer parasite who is harming people into becoming boomers, rainbow for example, and you're benefitting off of it because you're a popular user. I'd say the name is a perfect match.

But i actually like your username. I like short usernames that are memorable and has nothing to do with the person/group you stan (at least at a first glance, i don't know if your usermane has some deeper meaning hehe)
