tomorrow is national sexual assault awareness day and some of the men around the world have taken it upon themselves this year to make tomorrow also national rape day 2021 to go after the 3℅ of women who haven't experienced sexual assault. Going even as far as leaving notes on their future victims cars and doors telling them to "wear something nice cause the 24th is game time" 🤢 there are hundreds of thousands of men in Facebook groups in the US dedicated to organizing these events too. I'm genuinely scared and think I'm going to stay inside all weekend. I've been assaulted before I don't need to be again and am broken that survivors can't even have our day of peace anymore.

I just found about it a couple days ago and apparently as it gets closer people are actually considering doing it and there have been notes people have sent their exes that they then posted on social media about them plotting. I cannot believe this is something people want to do. People are (⊙_◎)
