I still think she should have been one of the top, if not THE top visual of 4th gen, if her company didn't flub the potential weeekly had. If she was with a big 4 company, she'd easily be in the top.

I think it's the conundrum for idols in smaller companies.They can have the visual and talent, but most likely can't level up because company doesn't have the resources or group isn't popular enough. I sometimes wonder how popular Xiaoting would be if Kep1er lived up to the hype.
