I've got my softwares at the ready to download the audio, split the vocals from instrumentals, and analyze the everloving shizz out of the vocals to determine if they are using fake vocals or not.

I would be SHOCKED BEYOND BELIEF if they actually sang live unaltered notes. To this date, outside of a rando Korean singer singing at a baseball game and Morissette Amon, i have yet to find a complete video of this song that is live, authentic and unpitchcorrected.

The movie blew up months ago. The song blew up months ago. We've seen NFLX do a full on media campaign for it including theatrical release.

Yet NOT ONE LIVE PERFORMANCE OF THIS SONG. I think NFLX and the singers themselves obv had no clue it would become this big and never imagined having to sing Golden live.

I'm pretty sure this is why there's been this long ass delay. They've been sweating bullets cramming 20 hours per day at the recording studio and with vocal coaches to try to pull off a live version without embarassing themselves. It's taken them 4 months to put this together. May God have mercy on their souls

Honestly, I cannot wait.

So many amazing singers have covered Golden, so I'm sure EJAE must feel some pressure.

But, at the end of the day, there's nothing like hearing the original singer.
