  • I know people might have different opinions but in this case good job WM!

I think they've did the best they've could, there were albums, MV's, allowed her to work as actress, they've let her apper in tv/youtube programs, got her Waterbomb slot, and even filmed her own variety show in which she had guests.

Just nothing worked in this case.

  • She debuted pretty late after IZ*ONE and was the only participant of Street Woman Fighter S1 that didn't get to participate in post-promotion but after her solo debut WM did the best job they could, i agree

  • WM is doing some restructuring, they even fired the founder of the company.

  • Free of what? They did their best, she just wasn't lucky enough to make it.

Chaeyeon has already complained about the company in the past.

Moreover, since the acquisition of RBW, WM has only suffered a deterioration.

The company's management was bad from start to finish, it's clear that no plan for it was in place when IZ*one disbanded.

They only sent her to survival shows before launching her solo. And her solo career, let's talk about it, as much as I really like her first album and some of the music she released after, the artistic direction was confusing and didn't follow any plan. Companies have to create a brand image for their idols to make them stand out and attract fans, and for Chaeyeon concretely what did the company do about it? Nothing.

Her return to the company after IZ*ONE was a complete improvisation from a company that was very embarrassed to have to manage an idol that they obviously had absolutely no idea what to do with.

That's why I'm glad her contract isn't being renewed. I hope she finds a company that's truly willing to work with her and they can find a clear direction together.

  • Hope her next company works out better for her. I enjoyed some of the music she released but it feels they didn't take advantage of her being a former iz*one member.

I wonder if she will focus on acting and variety instead of music.

  • let's be honest she got tons of chances that many won't ever get

for example that Street Woman Fighter time

she got that variety show on USOG

she got few MV's, and albums

I'm not saying she isn't talented because she is, but there are other variables which make Idol hit it big

maybe actually being known for such long time hurt her solo activities in a process

  • What does this have to do with the fact that the company didn't know what to do with her? I never said she didn't go to any shows.

I wrote it above in my first post

they've actually allowed her to do everything, including acting

and her music releases were pretty cohesive, I didn't write it there but I would write it here, she really got good main titles, catchy, popish vibes

  • THANK GOD and MY MOMMA for that.😂 Now f off RBW and WM.

    Thanks Ma GIFs | Tenor

And this is why I don't like WM either, btw. They sold their soul to RBshit, and let their artists suffer!
