I could never imagine they have this strong teamwork mindset even when It comes to split their money.

1. Chan would probably earn significatly more. Other than writing/composing, he's on arrangement credits of half of Stray Kids' discography. He's responsible for instruments, digital editing, computer programming and is credited as a Recording Engineer of most of their albums.
He creates music basically from scratch. I have yet to see a K-pop idol with his level of knowlegde on producing music.
2. I'd say Changbin. After Chan, he has the biggest amount of credits and has some level of knowlegde in arranging, working on it in few songs.
3. Han has the least amount of song credits among them — even If the difference is not that much.
In short, Chan proposed this, because he was the one earning the most and he simply doesn't care to share the royalties equally between 3RACHA, because he's grateful to Changbin and Han and doesn't think he would have came so far without them, even If, technically, he's working on the music more.

I'm not familiar with SKZ and 3RACHA but I would assume that those three write/produce/compose most of SKZ's songs and thus the decision to share amongst those three and not the other members...

3RACHA produce all of Stray Kids music. For example, Bang Chan has 216 credits, Changbin has 185, Han has 178 and the next Stray Kids member would be like Hyunjin with 30. They do help, but the difference is significant.
