Do people think it's fun or they think they are edgy? Or are they just racist? If racist; How can they listen to group who has poc members? I don't get it.

I think it's a mixture of things. A person can hide behind the keyboard and not face any repercussions for their actions. Then there's of course racism in play because it seems people mainly attack the South Asian member. I know Manon gets attacked too, but I think they go extra hard towards Lara. I am always seeing stuff on SNS about Lara getting attacked. There are moments on their lives where the members have to comfort her due to weirdos attacking her.

People have to do better and this is one of the rare times where I would look the other way if somebody doxes a person

Why not? Racists come in every color. Statistically it's likely that at least some Kpop idols are racist themselves, despite being "poc."

I'm aware of that. And I get (you know what i mean) that some people are racist. What i do not get is why are they giving money to people they don't like? People they don't like also earn money from albums and tickets, not just their faves.

I can't imagine this person is a Katseye fan. They're a Blink, and there aren't any South Asians in Blackpink (although it wouldn't surprise me if they're one of the many Blinks who hate Lisa.)

I actually doubt it's a blink. I found the profile. At the moment its supposedly an illit and LSF fan.

But I suspect its all "false flag". These extreme ragebait account definitely hate on a group/idol under the guise of being part of a different fandom because they also then get to bring hate to THAT group as well.

It's a similar thing I see when I'm seeing these "Be the next Sulli" comments on Tiktok that I posted about a few weeks ago. They post as Winter fan accounts or Enhyphen fan accounts saying to other idols to essentially... kill themselves. And recently theyve started calling themselves stuff like "AlicefromIsrael" or have Israeli flags in their username, when I sincerely doubt they are actually Israeli. Same thing. A deflection aimed at being able to hate on someone while also getting hate directed elsewhere.

Basically, they set up these hate account pretending to be from certain fandoms with the purpose of 2for1. Hate on others AND get hate directed at someone else.
