They've been releasing their Korean albums at the end of the year, not the beginning. We'd probablly be waiting that long again if it weren't for the tour.

I don't think there ever was an anniversary comeback from Twice except Celebrate for their 5th year Japan anniversary. An anniversary comeback is not just releasing something around the time of the anniversary... it is themed after it, and usually big groups celebrate their 10th anniversary... but who knows
