Fan wars won't destroy his career, fanwars never destroyed career of top celebrity. Although they suck, not having them would mean he and his group are irrelevant. This way he can at least sue.

Having a top company against him is real problem. I won't get into akgae argument with you because those type of people I hate the most, annoying pests.
