am i the only one whos body parts go numb when being in a position for too long

Since I moved to a new apartment and have no furniture right now, it happens to me all the time... the worst is my new bed (wich is my only furniture right now) cause when I wake up my hands feel weird all the time ... my onl theory for it is cause my new matress is super thin and incombination with the slated frame wich is super thicc ... IDK if this makes even sense
