Possibly lol but usually doing this sorta thing is considered taboo and wrong a word for it is call fraternizarion means making relationships deemed inappropriate such as siblings dating each other etc or in this case employees of a company dating each other or the boss/ executive dating another employee. It's seen as bad because of the power dynamic and how easily one can abuse the other plus the obvious conflicts of interest. If one party did something wrong would the other be willing to report them or deal out appropriate punishment? Likely not as love can make people do irrational things.
