Maybe hybe forced him to make that second post to change the narrative. Bsh must have told him, he's gonna leak all of his dirty secrets if he defy him.
Think logically, in his first post Jungkook said Newjeans is not guilty.
Newjeans are supporting Min Heejin, if min heejin is guilty then supporting her will make newjeans guilty but since he said newjeans is not guilty this means min heejin is also not guilty.
So the only guilty here is HYBE.

I mean its obvious what HYBE or BIGHIT would say... but its also obvious what JK's intentions were... im so glad he is indeed doing what a senior would do in a perfect world.... Never expected any BTS member to directly show support but damn my boi said FUCK IT... He knows he is too important for that God awful company and they can't do much against him and he said YOU KNOW WHAT...

As crystalblues said, he hasn't said anything to indicate he supports MHJ. It's possible to be supportive of NewJeans while opposing or staying neutral when it comes to MHJ.
Also, even if he supports MHJ, I don't think that second part should be a reason to dislike him. It would just mean he doesn't have the ego to hold grudges against people for questioning his success and accusing him of fake sales.
