they should be having much more creative freedom now that they are more than 1/2 way through their contracts

I believe he's the founder and head of STAYC's company, High Up Entertainment, right? I'm surprised that he couldn't push more aggressively for his choice of title track.

I'm confused, the members arent making sense. They seem to be saying that 1Thing is the title track but i dont see anything about 1Thing except a stage video. Did they forget about Cheeky? Did they mix up Cheeky with 1Thing? Because Cheeky is the title track, 1Thing is nothing but a B side at this point.

This is interesting to me because i listened to 1Thing again and it's easily the best song on the album. It needed a great bridge/outro and it couldve gotten a 9 or 10 out of 10 tbh. Troublemaker was mid and Cheeky is horrific.

1thing is a b-side, the album has more more interesting titles worthy than cheeky

OK i get it, i think i misunderstood. I thought the girls were implying that 1THing was the title track with the statement about their literal boss choosing that song as the title.

It seems like Rado wanted 1Thing but everyone else was divided over Cheeky/Trouble. Rado went against his own preferences and agreed on Cheeky. Meanwhile the girls themselves never got to vote.

Such a shame. 1Thing could have been the next Beautiful Monster, even if it didnt chart well it would be a solid bop. Music for the arts, not the charts. And not much would be lost from not having Cheeky be the title, it's flopping bad.
