dunno why twitter stans are running with that rumor. There's zero change she gets a ticket into the Dolby Theater. 3,400 seats...half are allocated to the presenters, nominees (and their guest), and the studio execs. The other half are allocated lottery style to the 10,000+ members of AMPAS.

which is a possibility because the Oscars are dying (I've studied this in film) and they need a popularity boost so inviting/having a mega cool celeb like Rosé would give them some engagement and maybe viewership.
