I actually did consider this for a moment.
There's a plugin called fake activity that we could install and add to falsely boost users. But I don't think that's what is happening here.

Versatile got banned because he wanted to. He mentioned a lot of staff members by tagging them with @ (including Johnny!) Versatile also posted a curse word twice in the "Ask allkpop forum staff" thread. Before you ask, (of course) I'm not going to mention that curse word.
He got banned just 3 hours ago!
Just so you know, a staff member visits your profile if you are about to be banned. Superyeah was one of those staff members mentioned, so he read the message, and he banned Versatile. You can check the time that Superyeah visited Versatile's profile by clicking on this versatile (yeah I tagged Versatile for you so you won't have to search the user with the search bar).

Versatile got banned and then got his account reinstated in the same day! I've never seen that before. He said in the Ask allkpop forum staff thread that he'd rather be banned than (I forgot the rest of his sentence so I can't tell).
