TWS Plot Twist has the potential to end up an insane debut hit.

The 4th gen bg like TXT will be fine. SRR is a hit for them and with similar trendy music, they can get back on track. SKZ has fanbase to chart them for a moment. Enhypen and maybe Treasure probably the ones going to rise a bit since they been around only for complete 3 years so far. Yeah, the public moved on to the 5th gen boy groups, and even the 5th gen ggs are not doing insane as these bgs rn.

a big part of it was that 2019-2021 was BTS' peak with the GP, so seemingly everyone who started to like kpop then just became a fan of BTS, they were like the only bg that mattered at all. In 2020-2021 it seemed like nearly every single student of mine was just a BTS fan (there were a few BP fans too), whereas now (and like 2016-2018) lots of different groups have fans (NewJeans, IVE, Seventeen, NCT Dream, Zerobaseone, Idle, Lsfm, aespa, STAYC, among others).

Enhypen and Treasure has pop viral songs with Polaroid Love and Darari but still failed to chart. I don't think they are going to chart, Korea just skipped 4th gen and went to 5th gen with Boygroups
