If new jeans comes out with another hit song it could very well best IU. IU is considered to be the wall she is because of her consistency and overall charting not just title songs but b-sides. But that doesnt mean every song she releases will be soty (by objective chart metrics) and often there have been songs other than IU that have performed better in any given year.
She had a knack of releasing songs near the end of the year
The last group to defeat IU was not Twice lol.
It was Aespa with Next Level. Nobody remembers Celebrity or Strawberry Moon, the song that everyone thinks about from that year is Next Level.

Disregarding the calendar year sotys (which never makes much sense to use really) and going just by a year from release date, id say dynamite is without question the no #1 song released in 2020.
