Yuna is definitely someone whose natural confidence probably unlocks just as many doors for her as her looks. She exudes confidence.
And she's also not wrong.
Going into any kind of audition or interview with an abundance of confidence can do wonders. I have gotten jobs offers and other things in life but not always being the "best qualified" for the role, but by being the most confident that I am who they want when I walk through the door. The one they can't forget.
EDIT: And I am not nearly as pretty as Yuna...

It's best you don't look like a loser. Even if most people are not very talented, they act like they are more talented than they are. Generally, the important thing is to have high self-confidence and be sure of your own abilities and not underestimate yourself. If you underestimate yourself, everyone else will underestimate you. In Kpop, not always pretty people debut, but average attractive people also debut.
