doesn't matter who wins or loses in court since ultimately they both lose...
1. ATTRAKT and the CEO have lost their potential cash cow...cupid was just off the wall but can ATTRAKT recreate that? make a 5050 ver 2? with new members? sure the GP are sympathizing with him now but the Koren GP is a fickle creature and ultiamately we still don't know whether cupid is a one hit wonder and whether the next song can do as well
2. 5050 members - apparently their contract is terminated and they are still getting sued (at least three of them are) for breach of contract (ie. lost of income to ATTRAKT???) - they've lost the GP support and to date no kpop group has gone "west" without the support of the Korean GP and succeeded

I'll say it again. This really could have been most of our favorites. There's a solid chance they would have done the same thing these girls did.
I really doubt all four members would have done this if the only different variable had been they were soloists. There was likely peer pressure and persuasion involved. They were probably fearmongered into doing what they did — told they would never be paid enough for their global hit song, told they would be stuck to slave contracts, etc.

But this never happens before..... So, no this couldn't have been any of our faves unless they're greedy and quite dumb.
Even for your faves Bts who coming from nugu company, no way there were no huge company tried to poached them too when they exploded in popularity locally and globally. But the guys are well educated, smart and know their contract well. I think you know that Bts only get paid 2 years after they debut when they already sell better than 50/50 while going to a lot of gigs and show.
