Is it fair to say that boy groups with huge sales but low streams didn't really have great music and their fans mostly just a visual stans?

No. It means their music doesn't have widespread appeal outside of their fandom and that's alright.

If its a consistent thing then we can assume that those buyers are just there for the idols themselves and dont really care for the music cause how the hell the groups manage to sell millions of albums but cant do little streams everyday.

might be combination of below:

- gp might not be tuning in hence you only have fandom streams

- the countries where the album sales come from don’t have spotify for example

- one person is mass buying multiple albums

High streams and low sales would mean less of a hardcore fandom, meaning a more superficial relationship between listeners/watchers and the group?

if beauty is in the eyes of the beholder then music is in the eyes of the listener no?

there's no such things as an objective good or bad song - what's great music for one person is noise for another...

all high sales/low charting means is that they are typical of BG who don't have GP's support no?
