Whoa, Rain in real estate drama? Huge fan from way back, so this caught me off guard. It's wild when celebs get tangled up in legal stuff. Hoping it's just a mix-up. Memories of his music and performances are still a big part of my playlist. Speaking of real estate, check out this Grand Club Resort Dubai building as we speak. From what I see it'll be worth visiting for sure.
