Its so sad that they can't just call it a hate crime, because thats obviously what it is. Everytime something like this happens to a minority community in the US, they always try to make excuses, instead of holding people accountable. They can't acknowledge that there is a strong culture of hate towards certain ethnic minorities.

the problem is the prosecution of something if it was a hate crime...
there's probably an element of intent involved and if you can't prove the intent then its hard to maybe prove the hate crime

Wow..... I thought they will come with a bad childhood, was bullied kinda excuse, but I think these killed people were so irrelevant to them that a “ bad day” excuse is enough for them lol

Pathetic...having a bad day is now a good excuse to go out and kill people? Really? Because of his "bad day" 8 families are going to have to deal with this loss for the rest of their lives. But sure, let's coddle the murderer because he has issues. I really hope that they'll receive the justice they deserve.
