Why are photocard. Are they similar to versions?

Quotesorry to ride your comment but as an nct collector i feel the need to explain that not all these pcs aren't album pcs. i don't agree with this and i don't think there should be this many pcs at all!! however, there are "only" 7 album pcs per member (those that come inside the album, about 50 pcs in total). about 200 of those 672 pcs are pobs from several different stores […] another 250+ are from fansigns (on and offline) and lucky draws, some from exclusive US vers., and some from pop-up stores/different merch. […] disclaimer that these aren't album pcs that come with your album as many people seem to misunderstand.

well i mean either way, the photocard tactic was used, to get high album sales or whatever.
