There is still 20 shows left i believe which include us leg too

What do you think of it

  • Well, that makes them on pace for 101,432,478 in revenue so it’s going to be close depending upon the venue sizes they have left.

I would love to know what each of the nine members will bank from this tour.

  • Considering they haven't announced encores yet but have 4 more days in Japan with 50k capacity each I'd say yeah. I think they are going to do a European, US and Japanese encore leg so its just a matter of how far over 100mill they go.

  • Well the avg for those dates contains more than half of them being Japan right? Where tickets are usually around 90bucks. The majority of remaining shows will raise the avg ticket price for the overall tour to around 125-140 somewhere in that zone.

They also sold around 250+ thousand tickets in the US and last time for III tour they sold about half that number and took in 18++ million USD, so we can assume they'll bring in around 40m this time from the US leg. They also have 4 dome days in Japan which is minimum 20m, but they'll add more 100% to that.

Likely to take at least minimum 25m between their 5 European dates and 6 SEA dates combined.

So whats that? Roughly 110+ million? I would say based on venue size, average ticket prices, previous history in tours etc that seems reasonable. 100+ million from less than 40 dates is nuts.

I also as mentioned suspect they will book more dates in Japan a Korean single date encore early 2024 and I think 100% will book a US encore sometime early next year, most likely at Sofi again. Likely millions more in those dates. Depends if the work load isn't too heavy.

  • I agree, it's a tough ask to get 70k though. in official box office receipts I've never seen a single act reach that mark. Only in articles. I've never even seen anyone pass 60k. Taylor and Ed are playing shows this year and both are pretty big in the US and will both have pollstar/receipts so it'll be good to see if either or them can do it...if not my assumption would be 70k is likely not actually physically supported with a modern stage.

If the roughly 56-57 thousand we currently see is the max I don't think Twice will ever play it, since it's a lot more difficult and expensive to book apparently than Domes.

Edit: I should say to clarify, I mean it's tough to physically stuff 70k in the location, not for Twice to get that. If Japan had a venue with a 100k seating Twice would sell it out 3 nights in a row. easy.

I stand corrected. Thanks for the link.

100% agree, a 22k increase over a dome is a huge reason for JYPE/WMJ to book it, especially when you consider they could do several nights in a row if needed.

It's actually retarded that JYPE haven't booked at least 1 for the RTB tour...
