I never heard of him or his band until earlier this year he was famous for dating Taylor Swift. Then ppl found out about the very problematic and racist things he said and still continues to do (ahem the whole Malaysia fiasco) recently. Then he and TS broke up.
Rina called him out multiple times now too because he had a senior position at her record label and has rights to her music too. I hope she is protected from him but it was totally suck to know this dude is making money from her music.

I am not a TS fan at all and do not listen to her music at all but their dating news was on my news feed because of how problematic he was and it became news again when they supposedly broke up. I dunno the details since I don’t follow either.
