SHINee version looks aesthetically more pleasing and more clean imo

Generally speaking, I would say yes. I have noticed that celebrities do make the dancing look better than the professionals. It's not just about kpop artists but I have seen this with some actors too. No disrespect to the dancers but yeah they somehow do make it look better. I guess this is what they mean by aura or charisma. These celebrities actually have those things that separate them from the others.

In this case I prefer demo version. I wish they kept the original choreography.

But in7/10 cases I also think idols make it better. I like it more simplistic.
