The song is so good!!! The melody is infectious. The chorus "Hey, you! Call 911" is so freaking catchy! It's the best chorus she has had since Smiley, and it's going to be stuck in my head. But, the song probably won't see half as much love and attention as it should because of the cringey subject matter.
They even utilized Yuqi and her vocal tones PERFECTLY in this song. Imagine if this song had been about and talked about anything OTHER than hating/loving/commemorating Olivia Rodrigo.
They wasted an awesome chorus on "Hate Rodrigo". Damn it Yuehua!!! You guys are fumbling Yena!!!!
Another solid bop from Yena. 8 out of 10. Lyrics are generally ok actually, OP mentioned bad grammar with the subtitles "I'm not jealousy Rodrigo" but Yena sings it correctly by saying jealous not jealousy. Of course, it's still awkward since there's supposed to be the word "of" before "Rodrigo" lol. Also, it's weird to see the surname, i know that's Korean style, but "Olivia" would sound better to my Western ears.
I dont think Koreans will give two tin shits about the lyrics, just like the kwinka and Allergy ones, nobody there cares about English lyrics. This song will live and die by its melody and competition.

I think the way Yena sings it is passable without the of. Because the way she sings it with a pause after jealous almost makes it seem like she is directly addressing Olivia in a conversation. Like...
Rodrigo: "You're jealous."
Yena: "I'm not jealous, Rodrigo."
And, no one cares about the lyrics, but Yena is getting roasted for the overall concept.
Cringe. That's self explanatory. Btw this is the first time I didn't enjoy her voice. Overall, this song didn't sound that pleasant to me. Smiley definitely on the top and idk if she will able to get such song again. Smartphone was just an attempt to copy smiley but didn't really success. Love war is okay but she didn't suits that vibe. She need to find her niche bc that izone hype already gone and cannot save her. There's a significant drop in her sales and it's not a good results to get in this booming album sales era. Some of her fans definitely didn't really enjoyed her few recent cb that much.
