I def wouldn’t want to ever be in such a situation but yah, if it comes to - I wouldn’t mind dying as long as I am not turned into a zombie lol.

I personally also love walking and also try to do 8 - 10 km at least 5 times a week. I think if you speed walk and mix in walking up inclines or hilly terrain, it's a really good low impact workout. Underrated exercise~

I love walking, I am addicted to it and incorporate stair climbing as well. I have recently been diagnosed with oesto arthritis in my back so walking is the best exercise for that and it loves stairs as well. I find it helps with my pain.
