i am someone with a thin frame and i can say that i don't starve myself. i eat enough. but the thing is, what's enough for me is not enough for anyone else at all. (i think i have a small stomach?) like even if thin people say that they eat a lot, their "a lot" is not equivalent to others "a lot" imo. so i don't think there's naturally thin people who eat a lot but don't gain weight, just people with less appetite and people that get full by less food.
this is why i laugh when people say "my unnie doesn't starve! she's eats A LOT!" lol no, no she doesn't (even if she doesn't starve herself). gaining weight works by a very simple principle. eating more calories than you burn = weight gain. simple. the unnie in question is probably used to getting full by eating less food.
