There's no lie that Red Velvet has one of the best discographies in the game but what is shocking is they still have not sold 100k on hanteo as a full group despite debuting first before their predecessors like TWICE, Blackpink, Mamamoo who all have passed this achievement even ITZY and IDLE have done so already. What's also surprising is Red Velvet's subunit did what the group couldn't and sold 100k on Hanteo. Also, having a comeback first or even a comeback at that doesn't guarantee the group will sell 100k as Red Velvet has shown us this. So who will be the first to sell 100k? The rookie or the senior? -

No, not really but I'm sure Ningning is known in China because she was on some talent shows before training. It's hard to tell right now but if SM treats them right, then I think their solo fanbases will contribute to sales.

I think red velvet because the sub unit did that already. The full album is definitely in track to follow. Aespa will be close behind.

It’s easily gonna be Red Velvet since they haven’t had a full comeback in over a year and Irene/Seulgi sub-unit alone sold 170K+. I’m honestly expecting RV to get close to 200K on Hanteo or possibly more considering their next comeback is rumored to be a full album and it’ll be OT5’s grand return as a group.
