Arena tour. An arena's typical concert capacity is around 15k, not 30.

We found out recently that Mamamoo is already doing it. Red Velvet could do it if SM actually gave them a proper budget or just cared in general. Aespa and Itzy could potentially do it in the future. I think it's too soon to speculate on newer groups who don't even have the necessary discography size to pull off a concert, much less the established fandom.

I think Itzy can do it. They have enough discography and a big fandom.

Le Sserafim, Aespa, Newjeans and IVE can do it in the future

Depends on how many cities qualifies as a tour.

Chicago, NYC and LA - i think Aespa, Itzy, LSRFM, NJ, and Ive can all do that within a year or maybe even now for Aespa and Itzy. Not sure if they can sell out other arenas in other cities like Seattle, SF, Denver, Atlanta, Dallas, DC, etc.
