There is one thing I am positive about and that is BTS generally loves their fans. Because we have gotten so much free music and lives from them over the years that I've come to feel very spoiled. But will all this change after April when it becomes a subscription-based service? Because I will miss Jungkook just coming on and talking to ARMY for hours on end or Joon's music production/history lessons or Jin's live video game sessions and frustrations. Will we really be entering a chapter where we have to pay to see them or talk to them?
[BTS CONTENT] Will BTS still be able to talk to their fans for free after Weverse changes it's current structure??

WAIT,
what did I missed?
Weverse will not be free after April??

Yeah, they will be doing a subscription-type model for each artist on weverse like bubble.

I know why are they doing this to us
-
I don’t think there will be any major changes in how they interact with us. If i understand correctly the subscription will work the same way vlive+ worked in the past and bts barely used it. They still communicated with fans through the free part of the platform. Even if they become active on the paid part of weverse, everything still gonna leak on twitter (same way things always got leaked when they used fancafe in the past) . So really almost nothing gonna change.

That's the thing tho. I've tried to see any clues if that was the case but Hybe is taking the bubble approach I'm afraid.

I don't know anything about Bubble,
you mean, every interaction on Bubble like message, member post, or member live, only can access with paid membership? -

That would majorly fuck up the growth of the platform and i think they know that . If the do the bubble approach they will lose a lot of users.

But thankfully like fans that have the membership will still post the lives on Twitter for free anyway but that is how that work. In theory, I would love a feature like that to keep non-fans away but then I think of the ARMY that can't afford that type of model.

There’s already weverse +. This is not the same

Uhh i don’t like bubble’s format at all…i know weverse tried with newjeans’ phoning but i feel it’s a bit too one-on-one delusional. Current modified fan cafe+vlive format is much better because i can also see other fans’ interactions and we can check and report i.e. inappropriate words, haters in “hidden from artist” posts
if the paid content based on fandom membership then isn’t the goal is to protect artists from hate comments than to grow active user number? So i personally okay with membership access but not with the format change

We do not need more delusional ARMY I tried Bubble for TWICE only and came to hate it but I hate Weverse more and now it's my mortal enemy.
