Looks like a solid Allied arrangement. Ukraine support and Russia's capability. Is a setup for the long run.

we have many Ukrainian refugees in our city. Some I talked to said they don't believe it can be over unless Putin dies (of natural causes). A man like that can't accept or admit defeat. That's the whole issue with dictators. A successor could end the war without losing face or even book it as a win for his own rule.
