that's what i tell myself but i dont seem to get the message
but currently its 5:22 AM where i live and im awake

im not free i just decide to skip sleep & still somehow run from my problems
but i need to stop simce i'll go back to my academy (film academy) since im just on break for the holidays

i do that even tho my semester was going. often only working with 1hr if sleep & a cup of coffee

i could do that when i was in middle school but now not at all lol, i will wake up feeling nauseous

i can do it regardless somehow. sometimes even without coffee (and breakfast cause im not too hungry in the morning or it gets late)
but i often end up sleeping in math even when i sleep (i just find math very boring and tend to somehow-ish fall asleep)
As I said to someone else previously don't try to go cold turkey as in suddnely change sleeping times from 5-6 am to 11pm for example - it's never gonna happen
instead do it in slow increments like maybe try sleeping 10 minutes earlier each night and slow work your way back to a normal sleeping schedule

i try but at this point my sleep scheduele is just freaking messed up

besides my original advice I would say try not sleeping next to your phone/other electronic device so you aren't tempted to watch content????

i should try that bcs i sleep with my phone next to me for my alarm & my PC charges my phone so maybe ill try that

yeah or just film career. the school im going to supposedly promises a job in film upon graduating & higher schooling opportunities for those who continue
