    I came across the article yesterday and thought “oh what a wise answer” and thought maybe they gave the info due to the high sensibility in his answer but then it turns out the monk sold the info out.. feel bad for BTS. There’s a reason why members are as secretive as they are and I hope they find peace.

    It only shocks because it was revealed. Questions like that are not uncommon and expected because we as people will seek out faith leaders when we are vulnerable and need guidance or wisdom or an answer to something. Religion is strong, people will seek it out over a mental health specialist. In these situations you want them to ask you those tough and sensitive questions, because you don't goto these people for the shits and giggles, you went because you had some crisis or something urgent you think needs help with. Since they are supposed to trusted you have no issues talking to them and the advice or answer they give you can in cases be the difference between life and death.


    This Monk caused serious damage not just to Joon by betraying his trust but also the faith as a whole as people will now question the church/temple and this is something you don't want when you are down and need help that pause for questioning if they will betray you could make you NOT seek out help of any kind thus leaving you worse off
