I think ae-Ningning's had the strongest potential since in the movie she can alter her surrounding (or hacking other's data). But idk if she can use the power to it's full potential.

Her hacking power could easily made her into a black mamba herself and corrupting others.

So, for close combat I think the winner would be ae-Karina with her giant fist.

Although maybe ae-Winter could keep up with her, given ae-winter seems like the most acrobatics amongst her peer, and also her flexibility to transform her weapon making her having a good chance to parry ae-karina's attacks.

If ae-winter choose to fight more strategically, she could pick off any ae members from afar using her sniper armamenter.

So my bitcoin is on ae-Winter. Because if ae-Karina had a goddamn rocket puncher, she will have a goddamn rocket launcher
