If you click on the K-Lounge subforum, there should be an option to create a thread at the top (under the big Winter Wonderland banner).

You may have to have a certain number of posts though. It's been a while since I was a new user

badge is some cosmetics/aesthetic that you get to show in your profile (also in the left of each your post).

the badge that are most users here use is usually a themed badge (kpop themed).

some of them are available in the shop to be bought, some of them are only obtainable through a limited time event badges, where people usually opening a petition to make some badges, usually themed around an artist's comeback

nabi-13 has a lock next to their name so they are banned and looking back at their post history it doesn't seem they were "problematic" so I assumed it was an alt as oppose a ban for rule breaking

They can detect alts usually through seeing your ip. If two accounts have the same address, it will be flagged.
