So the one who asked belives there is a school in Korea that trains the students how to audition for a KPop company. You get thought in speaking Korean, singing, dancing, video editing to film your own audition-tape, they will teach you all names of each and every Korean song that ever existed, you also get to learn how to lose weight and if you are ugly they might sponsor some plastic surgery for you. If you master in all of these you are allowed to audtion in a KPop-company wich garanties you success in become an idol (most likly at a bigger agency of cause).
